Our team has come collectively together from all different walks of life, professions, backgrounds, and experiences. We choose to listen, engage, understand and acknowledge each other and our community. Together with our combined ideas and passions we hope to be a part of positive change in our society.

President

Brittany Loewen

Brittany Loewen is Tyler Gerth’s eldest sister. A proud Louisville native, and graduate of St. Raphael and Assumption High School, she now resides in Indianapolis, IN with her husband Joshua and four young children. Holding a B.B.A in Marketing and Management from the University of Kentucky, and an M.B.A from the University of Louisville, Brittany currently serves as the U.S. Marketing Retail Strategy Leader for Corteva Agriscience, a U.S. based agriculture company committed to enriching lives and ensuring progress for generations to come. She serves as a mentor through YoungLives, an organization that seeks to empower and equip teen moms. A communications enthusiast, she believes that every person has an important purpose in this life, full of dignity and worth, and that a powerful redemption story is in each of us, just waiting to be told.

Tiffany Hensley

Tiffany Hensley is Tyler Gerth’s Older sister. Born and raised in Louisville Ky, Alumna of Assumption High School. She  Currently resides in Lexington Ky for the past 14 years. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors of Science in Education of Kinesiology. Also holding a Kentucky State License in Massage Therapy. Owner of  Verve Elite Wellness, and  Blewgrass CBD, Tiffany strives to maintain a lifestyle encompassing  mental, emotional, and physical well-being while encouraging others and providing space to do the same.  Tiffany is driven for opportunities to listen, develop, and grow. As well as eager to make positive, equitable change for our next generation. Tiffany is the wife of Byron Hensley and the mother to Mason, Brantley and Koen Hensley. 

Treasurer

Gena Gerth

Gena Gerth is Tyler Gerth’s mother.  She has held other board positions including the University of Kentucky– Jefferson County Extension Office; University of Kentucky Family & Consumer Sciences Advisory Council and Advisory Board for Produce for Better Health. She also served as Treasurer for the City of Kingsley in Louisville, Kentucky. Gena is employed as the Nutritionist at Bloomin’ Brands, Inc. Gena holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Louisville. She has won awards for Achieving Breakthrough Results Award in Nutrition, Progress on Nutrition Strategy, and Commitment to Excellence Award

Byron Hensley

I am the husband of Tiffany Hensley, the father to Mason 8, Brantley 5, and Koen 2. Currently the owner of Verve Elite Wellness( Tiffany Hensley) and Global Wireless Inc. I also serve on the board for, Wyoming investment Firm. Education Background : BS in Education (Kinesiology exercise science) MA in education (Leadership) University of Kentucky.  Active Kentucky Real Estate Sales Associate. I value family, education and staying true to self! Core Values include Integrity, adaptability, and Stewardship. Andria Jackson

Andria Holtz Jackson is a native of Louisville, but has lived in Lexington for eighteen years. Andria is the Community Engagement Coordinator for The Prichard Committee for Academic Excellence.  She is an Education Trust Family Fellow (Washington D.C.), Commonwealth Institute for Parent Leadership Fellow, serves the Site Base Decision Making Council of Dixie Elementary and Advisory Board of The Success Academy (Lexington), among many other community based endeavors. Andria is married to Anthony Sr. & is the mother of Anthony Jr. and Aubrey.

Joe Gerth

Joe Gerth is Tyler’s cousin and godfather. He’s a Louisville native and a columnist for The Courier Journal, where he has worked for more than three decades. He has a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Louisville. He and his wife, Mary Ann, daughter Lucy, and dogs Elvis and Nikita, live in Oldham County, Ky.

Randy Lytes

Randy was one of Tyler’s best friends. He enjoys volunteering, serving on the board of directors for two nonprofit organizations and leading a personal networking group for young HR/DEI professionals. Currently, Randy serves as the Equal Opportunity Analyst for the University of Cincinnati where he devotes himself to supporting equity work. Randy’s educational background includes degrees in Psychology, Business Administration and HR. He understands the important role of psychology in business and HR for improving the processes that impact people and culture within organizations.
